The History

The origin of our company lies in the research of CEO and founder Dr. James H Brusuelas at the University of Kentucky. While running a Research Experience for Undergraduates program, he experimented with how Microsoft HoloLens2 could be used in the teaching of Ancient Greek. Early prototypes, which turned the traditional 2D space of a textbook page into a dynamic 3D holographic environment, immediately caught the attention of the Launch Blue program for innovators. After successfully completing Launch Blue’s UAccel program and winning a copyright award from the UK Office of Technology Commercialization, Dr. Brusuelas recognized the potential of extended reality (XR) technology and AI in the domain of language education.
